Every HOLLY HOWE JEWELLERY piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 3 weeks to produce.
"Ready to Ship" Items are already made and will be sent on the next courier cycle.
Custom orders and Bangles can take 3-6 weeks and will be stated in the description section of the viewed item.
If you require a fast-tracked order, please contact us before making a purchase. While we endeavor to meet every demand, we cannot guarantee all orders can be
fast-tracked BUT I would love to help where I can.
Once you order is complete, it is gift wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection Via NZ Couriers if based in New Zealand. An email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey.

We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as HOLLY HOWE JEWELLERY cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
All purchases within New Zealand are sent with track and trace by NZ Couriers. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery.

$10.00 shipping and handling when you spend under $199 nzd
Rest of the world: FREE when you spend over $650nzd
$50 shipping and handling when you spend under $650nzd
Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. In stock or "Ready to Ship" items will be dispatched in the next courier cycle. We will email you if there are any delays.
Please note if your item is not in stock it will be "made to order" and therefore may take up to three weeks to be completed before being dispatched.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
The item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
