HOLLY HOWE JEWELLERY will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Please email us here for assistance.
Proof of purchase is required.
Manufacturing faults do not include:
Faults with Gemstones.
Faults with chains.
Gold plating rubbing off or tarnishing, it is a natural part of wear and tear, and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidized.
We do provide a cleaning service for jewellery. Please see Care instructions.

At HOLLY HOWE JEWELLERY, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery.
We offer exchanges or store credit (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Our store credit is issued in the form of an online discount code and is valid for a period of 6 months.
Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe (6 months)
An order includes earrings due to hygienic reasons
An order includes bespoke or custom items
